Common reasons for this include:
- Your server's IP address is or has recently been listed as a sender of spam
- Your server's IP address does not have a valid reverse-DNS record
- Your server is configured to send unsolicited bounces (i.e. a spammer sends thousands of messages to addresses that don't exist on your server using someone@xxxxxxxxxxx as the Sender's address, your server accepts them all and generates NDRs "back" to someone@xxxxxxxxxxx)
The best bet is to check out the link they provided (http://postmaster.msn.com).
