We have Exchange 2003 installed in about 80 places, use GFI Fax, Mail Ess,
Mail Sec at all of them. Not a single problem sending.
I assume you've got all Exchange service packs, updates, and you have to
date GFI software on the server?
What about checking a size limit some place?

Hi,
We also have the same setup in quite a few other places without any
problems at all. Everything is up-to-date and the size limit isn't the
problem (this would also stop the email from sending when the user
went into the outbox and hit 'send' again).
I have an email from yesterday which got stuck at 16:40 and the
'EcVirusScanOneMessage' error in the event logs occurs at 16:01,
16:30, 16:45 & 16:56 so it may not be directly related.
I am completely stumped!
Did you properly setup exclusions in your AV product - there are several
paths that you need to exclude.

Yes, I have excluded everything that should be excluded. We are still
having the same problems.
thanks,
Dave
