No I'm running just one exchange server and not using SSL. I can't swear to
it but I think it did work before. Haven't a clue what has changed. And
as with you my users do not use the cradle at all so its kind of a pain. If
you find anything more feel free to email me directly.

Thanks for responding. I will look at the cradle, but this user only uses
the wireless, never the cradle. I can't say it ever worked, because a
user
is saying it did, I really don't know.... And I can't see to find
anything
about this issue anywhere. I will keep looking. Is your setup similar to
me
FE/BE SSL? I think it may have work when we had just one exchange server
running SSL.

Here's what I've found. If you delete in the cradle with Activesync
connected it works properly. If you delete while mobile the over the air
activesync does not take care of deleted emails. I haven't had time to

further then that.

Treo 700w works great, BUT if you delete an email on the treo it DOES
NOT
delete it in the users mail box. Delete the email from out look (users
mailbox) it will be deleted off the Treo. Somehting has chnaged, I

check the treo setting, not much to change. So if the users is out og
the
office all day, all teh emails he deleted while using the the treo will
not
be delete when he returns to the office and opens outlook. So he
deletes
the
same email twice.
I called Verizon the tech support d-bag said there is a check box in
exchange (somewhere) that only allows one way sync..... No help
there....
To my understanding there is not way to edit the sync. Please help.
