What comes first? Exchange 2007? Vista? Office 2007?

Hey folks,
Just wanted to see what you guys are seeing out there in the real
world.
We, like many other companies, are currently running Windows XP SP2 on
our desktops, Exchange 2003 and Office 2003.
What steps are most companies taking? What comes first? Does it
matter?
I personally feel its a little early to deploy Vista and Office 2007,
as I have worries about customers not being able to view our
documents in Office, and knowing there is a plugin for 2003 users,
will they be able to download and install that plugin if they are not
permitted by their IT policies.
Even though we have the save in 2003 compatibility mode available, are
my users going to remember to change that? I doubt it.
Would this seem like a good plan?
1. Exchange 2007 in August
2. Office 2007 in September
3. Vista in October
Whats a good plan of attach, any thoughts will be very much
appreciated.
Chris H.
