Exchange AV

What AV do you run on Exchange? Or do you scrub at the perimeter only
or both? We currently have a blended solution that seems to work well,
Barracuda Appliance (Spam/AV) and CA on Exchange. But as we deploy a
new backend exchange server I might look to move away from CA as
reporting is horrible and it is clunky to say the least. Thanks.
