that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

A client can send us an e-mail just fine, but when they add an attachment
they receive the following error:

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server. Please contact your system administrator.

<exchange2003.THEIR_MAIL_SERVER.com #5.5.0 smtp;553 sorry, that
domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.5.3 - chkuser)>

So, is this an issue on their server or ours?
