Hi,
Have an Exchange server with over 3GB of memory (4092 in fact). Running
the
Exchange Best Practise Analyzer, it noted that the /userva switch was not
configured.
However, when I examine my boot.ini file, it is listed there. I have
tried
restarting both servers (exchange cluster) but get the same reading on
each.
Here is what the boot.ini file looks like:
[boot loader]
redirect=UseBiosSettings
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows Server 2003,
Enterprise" /3GB /USERVA=3030 /noexecute=optout /fastdetect /redirect
I have tried moving the order around (originally, these were the last 2
options...moved up to be first) but that doesn't seem to matter.
I have not found any documentation on this, so not sure why it is not
being
seen.
