I REALLY recommend you watch my Webcast that explains log files and database
files and how they interact. If you are responsible for this server you
MUST watch this webcast! I made it for people in your situation :)
You'll find it here

Do you need to transfer large files? Use Blade Tansfer Services, you find

I have had over 8 gig of E00***.log files appear. I dont know where
they are coming from but the only thing I can connect them to is the
Mailbox store says it has not backed up since approx the time of the
first log. Any ideas?
