Susan,
Sorry it took me so long to get back to this feed. I have created a profile
that is not in cached mode and the delivery point is set for the mailbox. I
even played around and published the calendar, just to see what would happen
and I still get the same error message. I also want to respond to a question
that Paul sent early in the discussion...I can get to the Properties of the
folder under the Schedule+Free Busy folder in Exchange System Manager. I'm
not sure what the properties should be though. Thanks.

Susan, I will get back to you on Monday with the answers. Thanks!.

so you closed and reopened Outlook after taking the profile out of cached
mode? You have a separate profile configured for this resource mailbox? is
the delivery point set for the mailbox rather than to a personal folder?

How do I set my resource scheduling configuration? I took my profile out
of
cached mode and went to Calendar Options and Resource Scheduling and I
still
get the same message:
This folder cannot be opened because there is a configuration problem on
the
server.

I believe if you take the profile out of Cached mode, then set your
resource
scheduling configuration, you'll be OK...

using outlook I am cant access Resource Scheduling option from the
Calendar options page. I get an error saying "The connection to the
microsoft Exchange server is not available.Outlook must be online or
connected to complete this action." Can you please help
