ran the following command from this file;

setserver "servername"
delmsg flags=sender,sender=p45@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

aqadmcli.exe
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/pss/Tools/Exchange%20Support%20Tools/Aqadmcli/aqadmcli.exe
