Outlook web

I have an interesting problem- it seems when some of our Outlook Web
Access users reply to an email the original email is in the reply but
there is no time/date stamp on it. To make matters worse it's an
intermittent problem which leads me to believe it is a cookie/java/
some form of client side item that is missing. Not to mention that
only one user seems to have this problem. (Other users may have the
issue but they haven't noticed or complained.) I cannot replicate it
myself on any machine within the office and any machine outside of the
office that I have access to. To replicate I log into that specific
users account and click reply on one ofthe emails. I then change the
reply address to mine.
Anyone have any insight? I've googled but I must not be hitting the
correct keywords because I cannot find anything relevant.
Thank you so much, in advance, for any advice/suggestions.
Christine
