Ok so if I use the Set-MailboxCalendarSettings I can set the
ScheduleOnlyDuringWorkHours.

So the question begs to be asked, where is the
ScheduleOnlyDuringWorkHours defined?

I thought in 03 you would open the resource mailbox and set this in
calender options from within the Outlook client, is that the same case
here? I would be lead to believe not, since the AD user is disabled
as a result of it being a resource.
