I setup a user account with do-not-reply@xxxxxxxxxx e-mail address and gave specific users "send as" permissions and tested by sending an e-mail from one of those users mailboxes by putting the above address in the from field and it went to the external address as advertised however, hours later when you try it you get:

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Test
Sent: 4/13/2007 2:52 PM
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
Username on 4/13/2007 2:52 PM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator."

I need to create a do-not-reply@xxxxxxxxxx address that any user that I give permission to on the domain can send as by putting the above address in the "From:" field of their Outlook client and the external recipient will receive this and only see that it came from the do-not-reply address and not the send on behalf of user. Also what would be the best way to block or not receive the e-mails even if an external user does reply to it?
