I was just curious which services are safe to restart during the
business day. I don't want to cause any interruption to what my
users
see in Outlook. A temporary interruption in mail flow is okay just
as
long as my users don't see any problems in their Outlook
application.

As long as the Information Store is running, then Outlook will stay
connected. Some services are interdependent, though, so if you try to
stop the System Attendant, then it will also want to stop the IS.

Why do you want to restart them, though? Do you have some other
problem that you hope this will fix?
