hi

just wondering why our Exhcnage database size is at 11gig however our usage
and performance report on SBS indicates 14.7 gig

which one do we beleive. is there a live cache someplace

The actual database is going to be the right one.
Did you combine the EDB and STM or are you just looking at the EDB?

So, your database is 16.23GB, not 11GB like you say. Your SBS reports
14.7GB which is fine.
Do a check for Event ID 1221 and see how much white space there is in
the database. I would imagine if you took that number from 16.23
you'll get close to 14.7.
Give or take a gig. It's not an exact science.
