Hi - this isn't an Exchange issue (and this is an Exchange Server
newsgroup). Regardless, you won't do this in ADUC. You need to set up your
domain's password policy requirements (length, complexity, expiration) via
group policy -

Try posting in an AD or group policy newsgroup if you need more help with
