I have a solution for you.
Don't use the event sink route. Just get either a free disclaimer (GFI
Mail Essentials expires but leaves the disclaimer working) or use one
of the several 3rd party solutions. www.exclaimer.com would be one.
Yes, you can do this internally with VB but as you've seen, it doesn't
work with MAPI or OWA (since it's an SMTP event sink) so I would
suggest you just went with a solution that does work.
