I have a client with 6 users in their office running on a Windows 2003 SBS
box with 250GB of HDD space and 2GB RAM, and a dual-core fiesty little
CPU.
The problem is that they have some clients who get about 30% of their
emails
boucned back from the server because it took too long to respond. I ran a
test against it at mxtoolbox.com and the transaction time averaged about
10.5
seconds (my server takes about 3 seconds tops). Is this an ISP issue? Is
this
something I can fix in ESM? HELP!
