Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have tried changing the Default Receive Connector with everything
checked, restart transporter service to nothing checked under
Authentication.

Currently both servers have "Exchange Server authentication" and
"Integrated Windows Authentication" on both boxes.

Permission Group on both is everything but Partners.
