That would be pretty weird. 895949 replaces mdbmsg.dll and store.exe
(both build 6.5 7650.23). 926666 replaces those same modules with
6.5.7651.61.

I don't see any reason to reinstall either of those KB since none of
what they fix is associated with the Windows O/S.
