Large mail needs to be deleted.

I have a user that sent a 14Mb file to another user (local) via e-
mail. The user cannot get or view all other e-mails sent from the time
of the large one being sent. I have confirmed that the mail was sent,
went through the ISP and was recieved by the server. Send/receive
status gets to 85%, shows (17) next to inbox but does not display them
for opening. I am running SBS 2003 premium and the e-mails are kept
on the server. It is a pop spooling account. I can track the e-mail
and have the message i.d. How do I delete this e-mail from the server
without losing the ones after it. I have tried offline, download
headers, exchsrvr>mailroot>queues and opening account on another pc
with a new profile.
Any help will be appreciated as it the GM's mail account.
