Pacific tijuana tz

I go into my calendar and look at the meeting that should
have been changed, it says it is still pacific, tijuana timezone. It is not
seeing the new Pacific only timezone >>

Pacific tijuana tz is not subject to the new US DST rules. the tool wont find anything to move if all your appointments are in that tz
