I have 3 Exchange 2000 SP3 servers. This week, I've had 3 users - one on each
server whose mailbox size exceeded the limit. They cleaned it out, but the
total size reported in Outlook is still what it was before. For example, ESM
and Outlook both report total mailbox size for one user at 16005 kb, but when
I add up the sizes of each folder, the total is only 1978 kb. I have tried
moving this mailbox to another server, I have changed the limits on this
account, and I have verified that they are not using cached mode. I also
changed the schedule for the warning message interval, hoping that some
change there would prompt an update. Three days have passed, and the servers
have been rebooted. The mailbox sizes are still being reported incorrectly
for these users. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this would be happening
and how to fix it? Thanks- Hide quoted text -
