Which BES dst patch? Afaik, BES doesn't have a patch for the
application itself - you just need to apply KB 931836 time zone
update for OS, Exchange CDO Patch (KB 926666 if you're on Exchange
Server 2003 SP2) because BES servers have Exch Mgmt Tools, and update
devices with DST 2007 Patch Manager.
Can you point to a web link?

The instructions for the BES dst patch is pretty vague, anyone done
this and care to elaborate? when you run setup it wants to install
the MSDE database again. this is for SP6
there is also a upgrade exe.
This is on a Exchange 2003 box.- Hide quoted text -

According to the BB documentations "Deploying Blackberry
Devicesoftware for DST 2007" pg 15,
the quote "You should upgrade to BES software version 4.0 SP6 or later
before completing this procedure."
We are currently on BES v4.0 SP3. There are no clear instructions
from BB as to how to apply the SP6 patch.
The only instructions are for what appears to be a brand new install
of BES v4.0 SP6....?
Any one had to deal with a similar issue?
As far as I know, that SP is to enable the OTA deployment to your
devices.
