Thanks for the reply:
1) Message tracking appears OK but message tracking doesn't track emails
from external domains that don't reach us for example does it? The issue we
are experiencing is that some emails from, what appears to be one particular
external domain, does not reach us whilst other do.
2) Sorry but not sure I follow you here. What groups are you refering to?
