Only thing I can think of is to implement the browser as a published Citrix
application or similar restricted remote desktop environment.
The other is to not allow internet cafe use, but require laptops, then
configure the server to require client certificate authentication to
restrict connections to OWA to systems that have the correct certificates in
place.

Hi,
Is there a way of having a secure OWA implementation that satisfies
the following:
1) Data transfer between the browser and the frontend server is
encrypted (...easy, ssl).
2) The user can not save any emails, attachments or other content from
their mailbox to the local machine.
3) The user can't add attachments from the local machine to their
mailbox content. (This isn't as important)
4) The clipboard can't be used to copy/paste anything from the local
machine to OWA or vice-versa.
5) Nothing is left in the browser cache.
I guess in a nut shell, i'd like our clients to be able to log onto
their email from an Internet cafe and no matter how foolish the client
is, there is absolutely no chance that any information from their
mailbox is left on the Internet cafe computer.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Alex.
