Exchange Migration

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Our company currently has our email hosted by a 3rd party. Later this
year we will be installing our exchange server in-house. I am
wondering if anyone knows of any good books or resources that deal
specifically with this kind of migration? I have been looking online
all day today and have found little bits and pieces but am looking for
a central place to get my info. Any help you can give would be
appreciated.
