• Recurring meetings that are created in Outlook Web Access are not updated
by the Exchange Tool

If you install the update that is mentioned in Knowledge Base article 926666
on the Exchange server before you update the mailboxes, recurring meetings
that are created in Outlook Web Access are not updated by the Exchange tool.
To resolve this problem, remove update 926666, run the Exchange tool, and
then reinstall update 926666 on the Exchange server.

I thought it was Feb 2007 Update, Exchange tool, then CDO update.

that suggests that we run KB931836 after exchange tool ?

This does indicate you should run the Exchange tool before applying the
DST
update on Exchange server.
1. Rebase appointments
2. Apply Feb. 2007 Cum. Timezone Update for OS
3. Apply Exchange CDO update
