Que has over 150000 messages in it.

2003 Server not small business server with exchange. I found the
server updates had not been installed in awhile so I just installed 23
updates.

I started to work with this office about a month ago. What a mess I
inherited. It looks like some one started using our server to spam
the beginning of Feb. We started to experiance email problems and I
fixed most of them but never really looked at the server.
MSExchangeTransport errror everywhere 5.x.x many thousands of them.
So I started research on them and figured that someone was using us to
spam. so i created a spam que like http://support.microsoft.com/?id=324958
said to do but i let it run for a couple of hours and there was
157000+ in the que and still growing. How do i get it to stop. I
know i need to give more info but ran out of time at work and just
shut the server down and will tackle it in the morning. if anybody
has any help they could give i would be most thankful
