I'm wondering if TZedit would be an acceptable substitute for the Windows time zone update on this configuration, since there isn't a Windows 2000 time zone update.
This article walks you through creating a TZUpdate.reg file and a refreshTZinfo.vbs file that you can run on a Win 2k computer to set the Time zone info. It even walks you through how to test it when your done and if you need to deploy it to multiple Win 2k computers it shows how to use Group Policy.
Thanks! So then once this is change done on all of the Exchange servers, it is safe to run the Exchange 2003 patch, as if the underlying Windows patch had been run?
