I am one of two Exchange admins at the Co. I work at. I also take care of
security from the software side. My backup Exchange admin can go into Outlook
and do a file open and open up anyone's email inbox. I can not do that. What
access does he have that I do not. I would like to control this but can not
find out how he has this access. Thanks for any help.
