Re: owa - under construction web

I'm assuming you have Win 2003 server (Win 2000 may be different), but
when you open up IIS Manager, then left-click on Web Service
Extensions, you should see a table on the right. One of the columns
has the title 'Web Service Extension', and next to that is 'Status'.
In the 'Web Service Extension' column should be an entry for Active
Server Pages. It's status should be Allowed.

Sorry, I don't catch where to activate ASP.

I can see Server extensions when I open the 'properties' page from
my IIS
Server. But here I can't see any asp indication. Can you be a more
specific
where it is? Thank you very much!

You are being redirected to the FBA login page, which is an .asp
file.
If ASP is disabled on the server, then it will return a 404 error.

In IIS Manager, click on the Web Service Extensions container on
the
left-hand side, and over in the right-hand pane, make sure that
Active
Server Pages is 'Allowed'.

That's correct, now I type /exchange after the server name and a
404
no
document located page is shown.

Any one can help me to understand why suddelnly the documents
are
not
available?

When I type https://owa.servername.com/exchange it redirects me
to

https://owa.servernam.com/exchweb/bin/auth/owalogon.asp?url=https://owa.serv
ername.com/EXCHANGE&reason=0

And a 404 file not found page is shown...

please, help me . Thanks a lot.

What URL are you using to access OWA? What you are seeing is
the
default built-in homepage for IIS. Normally, to access OWA,
you
go to
http://servername/exchange , but it sounds like you are going
to
just
http://servername , which suggests that maybe you had an
automatic
redirect to /exchange at some time in the past, but which is
no
longer
active.

Hello

Las week my owa stopped working. I get an 401 and 403 error
when
I
try to
access.

I've deleted the IIS virtual dirs and cleaned the metabase
to
restore the
IIS to default config.

But now, when I try to get the owa page, IIS asks me what is
my
user
and
password, I type it and after it shows me a 'site under
ocnstruction' page
(the default 'site under construction' IIS page). Can
anybody
help
me?

Thanks a lot!!
