These users are not very cooperative when it affects their time. When I
get there, everything is OK and they arent interested in helping me resolve
it. They just say, it hangs in the splash screen for about 1 minute when
they 1st login- open outlook. Thats about all I can get. If they are not
willing to work with me, Im not coming in early for them-

it takes several minutes for their
outlook 2003 to login to the exchange server. I told them is is
probably synchronzing. could it be anything else? Nothing show up

"Login" isn't really a useful term here....
It would probably help if you could actually witness this issue for
yourself
and provide a lot more detail, rather than relying on the myth and lore of
user-reported errors.
