I'm willing to bet that you're on a dynamic IP from your ISP since
lots of SBS owners only have ADSL or similar class lines.

In this case I would use the Smarthost at your ISP to direct mail
through. Look on the properties of your SMTP Virtual Server and enter
the host name that the ISP tell you (after you call them) and restart
the SMTP Service.

Yes, there's probably a wizard for it, there is one for everything
else in SBS.
