HELP: how to restrict exchange users to recive msgs only from specified domain?

Hi!
Pls help. How to restrict exchange users to recive e-mails only from
specified domain? For example, i want that some of my users can
receive emails ONLY from users which are sending from "*@domain.com"
How can I do this?
