There are some special security settings for Domain Users using Outlook
Express. If you logon Windows using Domain User A and create an Outlook
Express POP3 account with Domain User B's email address, username and
password, you can receive POP3 emails but you CAN NOT sent email with this
email account. The error in this situation is the same as what you got
('454 5.7.3
Client does not have permission to Send As this sender.) Of course, if you
logon Windows using Domain User B and use User B's own username and password
in Outlook Express, everything will be OK.
Something will make you hate Outlook Express. If you logon a local user
account on your Windows, you can use any Domain User's email, username and
password without a problem. You are restricted only as a Domain User. Too
bad, you can't use "Run As" to start Outlook Express.

Everything seems configured right on the FE server... could there be
anything on the BE server? Shouldn't be like POP3 right? POP3 has to be
same on both FE and BE, in fact you set it on the BE and the FE inheritsthe
POP3 settings it seems like. But the SMTP seems to be independent betweenFE
and BE servers?SMTP....)
Not sure what to try next!? Here is the error message: (modified personal
info)
The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's
e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was 'Per.Test@xxxxxxxxxx'.
