No. You're telling the IMF that it has to be /more/ certain that the
message is spam before it's moved to the junk mail folder.
Depending on your understanding of the situation you might be right,
though. By telling the IMF that the probablility of the message being
spam must be greater before it's moved to the junk mail folder you'll
be putting less ham in that folder. You won't be increasing the number
of messages you classify as spam, but you'll be decreasing the number
of false positive detections. I don't think that's what you're
thinking, though.
