my first question would be why moving from 5.5 to another 5.5 server? When
you installed the new server, did you join it to your existing Org and Site?
different Exchange Orgs? different Sites? If different sites, did you
configure a site connector and directory replication connector? if it's
different sites, you cannot "move" the mailboxes...you'd need to exmerge
them out to pst files, create the new mailboxes, and import the data...

Need some prep info on migrating Exchange 5.5 mailboxes from NT4 box to a
newly created domain NT4 box with Exchange 5.5 with the new domain name.
When
trying to move mailboxes to new domain Exchange server it does not seem
able
to connect because it does not see it. Also would like to upgrade NT4 to
Active Directory; should that be done first or the mailbox migration?
Please
provide some insight please.
