Under the email section
INTERNET NEWSGROUPS

Under the display as section
/O=4RT6JU8EXU/OU=137FRGJU9E/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=INTERNET NEWSGROUPS
(INTERNET NEWSGROUPS)

I have had the user log into exchange through the web interface but he
experiences the same problem. I also had him log into the terminal
server and it's the same story. Do any of you seasoned exchange
administrators out there have any suggestions on what the problem may
be?
