I'm ashamed to admit that it's now up to 128GB. I was under the
impression that i could split that thing. If not, any ideas on the best
way to deal with that large a database?
Thanks

Good day and happy holidays...
We have a large public folder database (Exchange 2003 SP2) that's grown
faster and larger than any of us expected.
I understand I can split the "Pub1.edb" file into at least two
databases. Is that correct?
What would everyone agree to be the easiest way to go about that? Do I
just create a new Public Folder Store and turn on replication until
that data is moved?
By the way, just a simple thanks. This forum has been one of the most
handy resources for me since taking over the Exchange responsibilities
for my firm.
Yes you can move replicas to another server's public folder store. You
can not do that on the same server however.
What size is it?
