Safest Way to Use Auto-Reply Messages

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Good morning all.

I'm running Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2.

I work for a financial institution and we are considering the safest
way to setup an auto-reply for mail sent to our "fraud" account. I've
read using auto-replies are not a good idea due to looping.

Currently, I have a rule setup on the fraud account with a standard
reply. Is there a better option?

Btw, this is because of phishing schemes. I'm full of hate.
