You can configure Excahnge Server 2003 Connection Filtering to use RBLs
like
Spamhaus, SORBS, etc. This results in a good amount of spam being
blocked,
but there's always a chance some good mail, from senders whose IP
addresses
are blacklisted by the RBL you use, is also blocked.
