help with appointment/meeting

i have a user where if scheduling a specific user to an appointment or
meeting she gets a bounce referencing an old employee that no longer has an
account or mailbox. below is the error message. i have looked everywhere i
can think of to find any type of reference of the deleted employees name.
on the server and in everyones outlook for delegates or rules with the
deleted employee's name. any suggestions on where to look would be helpful

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

"deleted employee name" on 12/1/2006 11:57 AM

The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent
to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out
the correct address.
