RSA SecurID

We currently have a two node Exchange 2003 cluster as our BE and one
Exchange 2003 server as FE, where OWA resides. We are trying to provide
secure authentication via OWA by utilizing RSA SecurID tokens. The way we
have been able to make it work is that, first, the user gets prompted and
authenticated by RSA SecureID, then get prompted and authenticated by OWA.
RSA SecurID is supposed to support single sign-on, meaning that user only
gets authenticated once by SecurID and that's all the authentication that's
needed. We have not been able to make the single sign-on work. What
happens is that the user gets prompted and authenticated by SecurID and then
gets prompted by OWA. After attempting to login with the right password for
three times, user get http 401. Does anyone have this configuration working
with single sign-on?
