1. This is inherent if the user has Mailbox on Exchange Server. The
Exchange Mailbox can be accessed by Outlook, OWA, OMA, Activesync.
2. If they have an Exchange Mailbox this is also inherent to their mailbox.
If users are running PST files for their Outlook this may be the reason you
are not seeing email, calendar, and contacts in their Exchange Mailbox.

Hey there, I have a quick question. I am running exchange on one of my
small biz servers and I am fully able to access mail from outlook or
the web access but
1. I want outlook to leave the messages on the server so clients can
also access them from OWA
and
2. I want outlook to put the users current calendar and contacts on the
server so again they can access both from OWA
anyone know a way of doing this?
Thanks
