OWA Issues

I have been attempting to access my Exchange server via the web. With
IE I get the "loading" error. With Mozilla FireFox I am able to gain
access, send and receive emails but none of the button jpgs or gifs
show up. My Exchange is behind an ISA server. I have checked all of the
settings for my SMTP virtual server and they appear to be correct. i
have looked at IE settings and scripting is allowed as well as all
sites are set to defaults. This problem occurs with all of my end users
who attempt to connect to Exchange remotely so it isn't a local machine
issue it has to be either the Exchange server or the ISA server. I have
even disabled my anti-virus software on the ISA server just in case.
This appears to be a scripting issue but I'm not sure. My IIS log looks
like the following: 2006-10-31 21:34:49 192.168.254.4 GET

I think there should be some WEBDAV verbiage following the GET in the
string but I'm not sure. Can anyone help me out with thjis/ Thank you
