Well, it turned out to be a problem on my end; the user, after YEARS of
doing this correctly, somehow started trying to send as a DL with the
same name!!! I figured this out after watching her reproduce the
issue. GAWD!!!
So, mystery solved.
Never underestimate the ability of people to do something wrong. :-(
