Quit using POP3. It's really a very limited protocol. Use MAPI. If your
users are off-site, use MAPI with RPC over HTTPS or a via VPN, or use OWA.

When a user accesses the exchange server using a phone set up with outlook
POP3 they can recieve messages fine and as long as a recipient is in AD
they
can send to that email. However, when they try to respond or send a new
to a recipient outside of this domain I get the Invalid message recipients
System Administrator message. What can I do to eliminate this so that a
user
can send and receive email on there phones normally.
I do have the option checked in the setup of the phones that the server
requires authentication, before I did that they couldn't send anything,
even
internal.
Thanks for any suggestions
Dale
