Adding new SMTP address to all users?

We need to add a new smtp address to every user as our company is changing
it's name, how can we quickly do this?
I added the new (2nd) smtp address tot he default recipient policy, but when
I go in ADUC then Email addresses and I can't see the new address on any of
our users?
The option "Automatically update email addresses based on recipient policy"
is enabled.
