Did not notice the NDR in your post - that does say remote host as noted by
others.

Did you check Global Settings | Message Delivery | Defaults tab?

I thought I have set no limits or restrictions so my users can send
attahcments in larger volume sizes. For this particual post the attachment
is a 21MB doc file. If I check the Properties on the Message
Delivery/Defaults tab in ESM I have checked No Limits for all 3 options.
Sending Message Size, Receiving Message Size and Recipient limits. Also on
the Default SMTP Virtual Server/Messages tab "Limit message size to (KB)"
and "Limit session size to (KB)" are both unchecked. We do host our own
SMTP server so it cannot be restrictions applied by our ISP. Did I miss
something here? Here is the NDR returned to the sender. Is the issue on my
end or the receiving end?
